Once called “one of the 30 best bars in the world.” Fusion of Oriental and European cuisines. Reservations recommended. Average bill is $50-70. 6pm – 3am.

A lot of red color and fantastic atmosphere. The 27th floor of the “Bashnya-2000” attracts visitors not only with its view of the White house, the Moscow River and ancient buildings’ rooftops. There are excellent cocktails, comfortable seating, Moscow night lights and romantics in the air which give a lot of promise for a long city evening. Red bar interior has an exceptional detail in the man’s restroom, the glass window overlooking Moscow from the birds’ breath taking view! You can remember for a long time how you peed all over Moscow from 27th floor. What a pity that there is no such detail in a women’s bathroom. But after all this is a bar not a public toilet entertainment.

Bill: $$$$

Service: ****
