Steak and seafood in a historic mansion. Mon-Fri noon-midnight, Sat-Sun 2pm-11pm.

The beef never fails at Moscow’s pioneering steak house, which also thoughtfully has a seafood menu for its less-carnivorous clientele. An arched brick ceiling, carved wooden chairs and random ye olde objects like a mantle clock provide a not-too-formal ambiance. Guilly’s is particularly famous for its burgers, and for good reason: they’re juicy, well-seasoned and just the perfect thickness. Also noteworthy are the filet with foie gras, indulgent without being too heavy, and the filet mignon, considered by some to be the best in town.
