Fusion menu from a French chef whose credo is, “Food is art”. Sun-Wed noon-2am, Thu-Sat 2pm-2am.

The Uley ("Beehive") Restaurant is situated in the center of Moscow, close to Tverskaya Street. The interior is designed in the New Age style. Dark brown walls, light ceiling, semi-transparent partitions, comfortable chairs and sofa zone, light textile and modern decor provide an ideal setting for a pleasant dining.

The restaurant specializes in Fusion cuisine that combines different culinary traditions from all over the world and offers traditional European dishes cooked from exotic products.

The specialties of the Uley Restaurant include the chicken baked in rosemary, Angel’s Hair paste with tomatoes and mushrooms, tuna served with chili sauce and Thai lime. The Uley’s menu also provides a good choice of traditional Japanese sashimi and rolls.

The guests of the Uley are offered an extensive wine list, cigars menu and hookah.
