The China Town Restaurant specializes in Chinese and Uighur cuisines. The guests are offered various vegetables snacks, seven types of soups, great choice of hot dishes and desserts. The Uighur cuisine is well represented with samsa (flaky pasty stuffed with mutton), mutton-chop, classic manty and shurpa. The generous salad-bar is functioning. Fasting-day menu is available.
