Having hosted more than 120 meetings with some 100 different speakers in Moscow since 1998, ELE is an English-language lecture-discussion forum meeting 1-2 times per month from Sept to May. For expats and Russians with good-to-excellent English skills, interesting and educated expat speakers (including from more than 10 countries: ambassadors, astronauts, authors, PhDs, artists, poets, et al) speak on a great variety of interesting topics.
