Kenneth McLaren

Kenneth McLaren
was appointed executive Vice-president of the Moscow branch of Interstate Hotels & Resorts. In his position Kenneth will oversee the international operations with Interstate. He came to Russia in 2003 as a General Manager of the Marriott Grand Hotel. In 2005 he was named a manager of the year in the position of Marriott Franchise General Manager. Interstate Hotels & Resorts, the U.S. largest independent hotel management company, recently expanded its portfolio. Now the company has four properties under its management in Moscow and six hotels under management agreement in Europe. The Moscow branch was reinforced with people who helped to achieve outstanding results for Moscow managed hotels by Interstate.

David Gilmartin
has been appointed Director of DOKI Leasing Department. Having worked for several years in Spain and Saudi Arabia, David eventually came to Russia. During the 1990's he worked in The sales departments of Coca- Cola and Cadbury-Dirol. Before joining DOKI David was General Manager for Intermark where he headed the residential leasing department.
David graduated from Dubai University in 1990 with a B.A. in International Marketing and Languages.

Gethin Jones
has been appointed Business Development Manager in DOKI Leasing Department and will work to develop the company’s range of real estate services for its corporate clients. Gathin graduated from the University of London’s School of Slavonic and East European Studies with Russia and Soviet Studies in 1993, and his career has been closely involved with Russia ever since. He has been operating in real estate in Russia since 2005, most recently with Intermark Real Estate agency.

Constantine Demetriou
has been appointed National Director at Head of Capital Market of Jones Lang LaSalle, Russia and CIS. He will be responsible for the Capital team on the real estate industry of Russia and CIS to be the leading financial services provider.
Constantine was involved in executed investment deals and in advisory deals spread across Europe, North and Latin America. He has over 10 years financial experience in EBRD, Lehman Brothers, JPMorgan Chase, IFC and Accenture.
He has an MBA form Cornell University in New York, a Master’s Degree in International Relations form University of Cambridge, graduated form Moscow State University and University of Bath in Great Britain.

Constantine Goriainov
was appointed Area Director of Sales and Marketing of three Marriott hotels – Marriott Grand, Marriott Royal Aurora and Marriott Tverskaya. In his new role, Constantine is responsible for long- and short- term hospitality market forecast, development and implementation of sales strategy for corporate, government and travel segments of the market, and sales marketing team direction. His primary goal is to keep Moscow Marriotts' leading position on the market against growing competition.
His professional career with Marriott started in 1998 when he became a member of the opening team for the Marriotts Royal Aurora in the position of a senior sales manager. In 2002 Constantine was promoted to the position of Director of Corporate Sales for the Moscow cluster.

Irina Kulagina
was appointed Vice-president Sales and Marketing of the Moscow branch of Interstate Hotels LLC. Her new responsibilities are the overseeing of the sales and marketing process of the Moscow-managed hotels and new business development.
She started her career in the company in1997 as a director of sales in the four-star Tverskaya Hotel. In the end of 2004 Irina was appointed Area Director of Sales and Marketing.

Mikhail Radionov
was appointed to the position of Vice-president – Director of Projects for the Moscow branch. Mikhail will take care of capital projects process and assist during renovation and construction of new hotels. He joined Interstate Hotels LLC in 1998. In 2003 he was appointed an Area Director of Purchasing and held it until recently.
