Thai Cultural Festival

Moscow celebrates a culture Festival of the Thailand Kingdom from September 9 to 15. The Festival is organized by the Russian Federal Agency for Culture and Cinematography in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture of Thailand. The festival is sponsored by Thai Airways International and Baltchug Kempinski Hotel.

Thailand is one of the most developed countries in South-East Asia and is an exciting travel destination. Futuristic skyscrapers, neon lights and highways blend with rich traditional culture and Buddhism into an extraordinary mix which no one can forget. The Festival is an entertaining chance to experience Thailand in its various forms as there are many events scheduled during the week.

In the Hermitazh Garden, spectators will be treated daily to performances of Thai boxing, one of the most ancient forms of martial arts, the ritual dance of warriors, and craftwork shows. The art of Thai massage is as old as Buddhism and you can delight your body daily in Persona Cosmetic Express salon. Thai cuisine is a festival in itself. Tan Restaurant offers its guests the chance to indulge in a feast of Thai flavors presented by the chef and cooks invited for this occasion from Thailand. Also, puppet theater performances, photo exhibition, films and concerts are included into the Festival’s agenda.
